ABOUT UPPER DECKER
Born in France in 2022, Upper Decker has been spreading its own brand of Scatomantic Death Metal ever since — a filthy collision of brutal death metal, grindcore and old-school death metal.
Following the digital release of Family Dinner in 2023, the record was expanded and released as a full-length digipack by Great Dane Records in 2024. Second album The Scatonomicon followed in 2025 through France Black Death Grind.
Along the way, Upper Decker appeared on international underground compilations from Rotten Records, Imperative Music and others, while taking its Scatomantic filth to the stage alongside bands such as Profanity, Excrementory Grindfuckers, Amputated Genitals and Depraved, as well as at events including Metal Hunting Festival and Munky Pride Festival in Latvia. In 2026, the band unleashed a new 3-track promo demo, opening the next chapter of the Scatomantic cult.
